Libraries NI is the public library authority for Northern Ireland and is the lead partner for Health in Mind; its services are regionally planned and locally delivered through a network of local libraries and mobile libraries.
Libraries provide a range of high quality services which inform, empower and enrich individuals and communities and help people to develop their skills and realise their hopes and aspirations.

Working with Health in Mind, Libraries NI provides a range of health, wellbeing and mood –boosting information and books, IT facilities and training, and venues for Health in Mind activities.
