Originally published on The Guardian’s student blog a series of 11 haunting but beautiful sketches from university student and illustrator Ella Barron seeks to shine a light on what some are calling the ‘university mental health crisis’. 

Recently universities have seen a significant increase in students experiencing mental illness.  Almost 1 in 4 people will have some experience of mental illness in their life. But mental illness is treatable and there are lots of ways to get help.
