Summary
In addition to my psychiatric training, I have undertaken specialised training in psychoanalysis and psychotherapy. I work intensively with patients on at least a weekly basis to help explore what is generating the problems and difficulties they are experiencing. This form of treatment allows people to address and change long-term issues which shorter-term therapies and medications have not adequately addressed.
